We stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Return requested within 30 days of delivery date

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Please note: our fulfilment centre is located internationally, which means return shipping costs may be substantial. We encourage you to contact us before initiating a return — in many cases we are able to resolve your concern without requiring the item to be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. In this case we will cover return shipping costs and offer either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items requested for return after the 30-day window
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
