Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery to the United Kingdom: 5-11 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import

All orders are shipped from our international warehouse. Your order may be subject to customs inspection upon entry to the UK. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, however in most cases no additional charges apply for personal imports under standard value thresholds.
